Our Director and Licensed Conveyancer, Simone Lear has worked in the industry on the Central Coast for over 18 years. Spending some time in the Hunter Valley/Newcastle, Simone is experienced with dealing with property transactions all over the New South Wales.

Simone started in a small Law firm before realising that she wanted to specialise in Conveyancing at which time she commenced Conveyancing & Law with Macquarie University.

Building her own conveyancing company, Simone wanted to be able to be more involved in her clients transactions and at the same time being able to be more available for her family.
