BELINDA (BEL) HARMSWORTH
I joined MJM Conveyancing in March 2024, when I decided I wanted a career change, I have recently commenced my studies at UNI completing a Diploma of Conveyancing. Prior to entering the conveyancing industry, I spent many years as a Restaurant Manager with McDonald's, where I completed a Diploma of Leadership and Management and developed a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and relationship building.
In my current role, I assist with a wide range of tasks, including client and bank communications, managing emails and phone enquiries, obtaining council documentation, preparing conveyancing paperwork, and coordinating appointments. When you call the office, there's a good chance you'll speak with me first.

I pride myself on being approachable, highly organised, and detail oriented. I thrive in a structured environment and firmly believe that staying organised is key to delivering excellent service. Whether I'm providing updates, answering questions, or assisting clients through the conveyancing process, my goal is to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.
What I enjoy most about conveyancing is being part of such an important milestone in our clients' lives. Whether they are purchasing their first home, expanding their investment portfolio, or securing their dream property, I take great pride in supporting them throughout the journey and helping them move forward with confidence.
What do you love most? My 2 crazy boys
What do you dislike? Unorganised environments and slow internet
How do you spend your weekends? I'm usually at the beach with my kids, cheering from the soccer sidelines, or conquering the never-ending housework. On the rare occasion I get a break from mum life, I enjoy cocktails, catching up with friends, and sharing a few laughs.
Coffee order? An iced vanilla latte, every single time. Hot coffee and I have never seen eye to eye
Favourite snack? Brownies — the only snack in the house that's safe from my kids
Bel’s Philosophy
“to take the confusion out of the process and show clients the value a conveyancer brings throughout the entire property transaction”
