What do you love most?
My son and daughter. I built my former business around raising them, and seeing them grow into amazing young adults has been the greatest reward.

What do you dislike?
Coriander. Enough said!

How do you spend your weekends?
Usually tackling household chores while listening to a true crime podcast, catching up with family, or riding the emotional rollercoaster that comes with supporting the Newcastle Knights.

Coffee order?
Flat white, full cream milk, no sugar. It's boring, but it's breakfast!

Favourite snack?
Chocolate. After more than 40 years, it's less of a treat and more of a household essential.
